The Sims 4 Residential Lot

My model Sim got together with Caleb Vatore and started having kids immediately. The idea was to have a full house first (i.e., ...six toddlers), get married, and turn my lady Sim to Vampire so she can "live" forever. Well, mission accomplished! Got 4 girls and 2 boys, accepted the proposal, and this house is supposed to be the wedding gift cool. My lady Sim also turned to Vampire, and I can tell you... it's hard at first...

I kept this version of the lot "base-game" and left the basement unfurnished so you can go "Vampire" if you wish! The lot has three different areas. A three-floors main building where all main facilities can be found, a small separate studio on the top, and of course, a huge basement with separate entrances so you can lock it if you don't wish to use.

Lot has been tested for play-ability.

Requires a patched, up-to-date game.

Auxiliary Building, 4th Floor:

A small studio with its own entrance that consists of kitchen and dining facilities, sitting room area, bedroom, and bathroom. Has a veranda as well.
A small area with separate entrance to have ...6 toddlers trying to go to sleep. Bathroom and veranda included.

Independent, Unfurnished Basement:

This is unfurnished, but its blueprint includes 2 master bedrooms, 6 smaller ones and one bathroom. Open areas can be used for living room, kitchen, dining, playroom, etc.
